Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MeetNear ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using MeetNear you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use MeetNear

You must be 18 or older.
You may have one account, and you must not use MeetNear if we have banned you.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secret.

2. How MeetNear works

MeetNear connects you by live video with an online person nearby. Calls are not recorded by us. Matching depends on who is online, so we can't promise you'll always be matched, or with whom.

3. Rules: please don't

show nudity or sexual content, or do anything sexual on camera;
harass, threaten, bully, stalk or intimidate anyone, or use hate speech;
involve anyone under 18 in any way;
record, screenshot or share other people's calls without their consent;
pretend to be someone else, or misstate your sex to get matched;
scam, sell, advertise, ask for money, or share links to other services;
try to find out where someone lives or who they are without their consent;
use bots, fake accounts or automation, break or overload the service, or get around a ban;
break any law that applies to you.

4. Safety, reports and bans

Use Report on any call that breaks these rules. Reports from several people can lead to an automatic ban, and we may block accounts, devices or networks at any time to keep people safe. Serious cases may be reported to the authorities. If something urgent happens, contact local emergency services first.

Verification badges (✅) mean we or other users have checked that an account belongs to a real person of that sex. They are not a guarantee of anyone's identity or intentions: always take care with strangers and never send money to someone you met on MeetNear.

5. Paid features

Every call starts with free time. Extra talk time, ✨ Plus, gifts, boosts and "who liked you" can be bought with USDT on the TRON network, at the prices shown in the app.
You must send the exact amount shown, on TRON (TRC20), to the address shown. Payments sent on another network, of a different amount, or after the amount expires may not be credited and may not be recoverable.
You are responsible for any network fees.
Purchases are delivered to your account when the transfer is confirmed. Talk time doesn't expire; passes and boosts last for the period shown.
Because these are digital items delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable, except where we made a mistake or the law gives you a right to a refund.
Paid features are not offered in places where crypto payments are not permitted (including Qatar).
Gifts give talk time to the person you choose; they can't be withdrawn as money.

6. Your content

You're responsible for what you say and show. You keep any rights you have in it. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run MeetNear (for example, relaying your call).

7. Our service

We may change, pause or stop features. We work to keep MeetNear safe and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the behaviour of other users, for indirect or consequential losses, or for amounts beyond what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in your profile. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. Unused talk time is lost when an account is deleted or banned for breaking the rules.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights the law where you live gives you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies; continuing to use MeetNear afterwards means you accept it.
